Gauritha K.G was an 8-year-old girl with a passion for yoga and the desire to break a world record. With the support of her family, she trained for months to reach her goal of holding the vajrasana pose for over 44 minutes.
On the day of the event, Gauritha confidently stepped onto her mat and began her journey. She held the pose with grace and concentration as she focused on each breath, each movement, and each moment. As time passed, she felt more energized and determined to keep going despite the physical pain.
Finally, after 44 minutes and 37 seconds, Gauritha achieved her dream. Her friends, family, and teachers cheered to celebrate her success as she became the youngest person ever to hold the vajrasana pose for that length of time.
